Unfortunately I will not longer be able to create gang sheets for customers due to the influx in orders I don’t want to leave people waiting for ages for their sheets to be made. 🫶🏼

All gang sheets will need to be pre-made from now on.
Recommended software to create these on are Canva or Procreate, but if you have another software that you are more familiar with please feel free to use that.

Please ensure they have a transparent background, highest resolution possible and are in PNG format.

If sheets will not email over as they are too large you can use the app ‘WeTransfer’ to send over, please email me the link to hiccupstudiostransfers@gmail.com quoting the name on your order and order number.

I cannot be held responsible for any low quality, overlapping or wrongly sized art so please ensure you have checked your sheets.🫶🏼

If it is an enquiry regarding an order please make sure you include your order number and name on order in the message so I can quickly find your order.

Any order problems please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

I only check my email inbox for artwork I do not man this inbox for messages. Please do not try to contact me via email as your message will be missed!

I will do a monthly designs request thread in the Facebook group where I will do my best to get through your requests.

If you need artwork designing by one of our in-house designers with a quicker turnaround please drop me a message on the Hiccup Transfers Admin Page and I will arrange one of the girls to sort your deign. The girls will require a fee to cover their time and the design will then be uploaded to the website for you to purchase.

My current turnaround time is up to 5-7 working days to dispatch, I am working on getting this back down for you all but it is just me working around 2 toddlers!

My working days run 9am-6pm, any orders placed after 6pm will go onto the net working day.

Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays so please bare this in mind when ordering.

I will usually place my UVDTF & DTF sheet orders on a Monday & Thursday Evening. (This can sometimes differ due to work or order quantities).

I will usually dispatch on a Wednesday / Thursday & Saturday / Monday. Dispatch just depends on order quantities and work commitments.

Unfortunately I do not have the facilities (or space) to print in house at the minute so I outsource my printing to UK suppliers. I have put a lot of time into researching and trying out suppliers to ensure I am providing you top quality transfers, my suppliers use the best UV and DTF printing machines with high quality consumables. So rest assured you will receive top quality transfers.
